About Me

Lester is a lifelong storyteller whose love of writing began in high school and has grown into a vibrant, ongoing creative career. He is the author of more than fifteen published books, including fourteen children’s titles, a nonfiction quote book, and a paranormal mystery. My First Halloween Night and A Firefly’s Summer Journey join his expanding collection of imaginative works, along with his upcoming young adult novel, The Secret at Brye House.

A retired credit union CEO, Lester now serves as a substitute teacher for the Blackhawk School District in Chippewa, Pennsylvania—an experience that keeps him connected to the curiosity, humor, and wonder of young readers. His greatest inspiration, however, comes from his family, especially his granddaughter, whose bright spirit has sparked many of his stories.

Whether writing about glowing fireflies, mysterious houses, or whimsical adventures, Lester brings heart, imagination, and a deep appreciation for childhood magic to every page he creates.
